Unlike the executive search industry, we also give the executives who use our platform both transparency and control over the data they provide us and who sees it.

Our private equity clients work with us on a subscription basis to create connections with world class executives who they are interested to work with on deals or in their portfolio.

Matt Steeds and Jamie Oppenheimer co-founded Executive Nexus in 2019. As senior executive search professionals, they came together through a shared desire to bring their industry into the 21st century, whilst creating a place to work where everyone is accepted and are able to have fulfilling professional and personal lives.
