Annika has over seven years of experience in Executive Search, with exposure across a number of sectors. Before joining Executive Nexus, Annika spent three years with the London-based PE-focused Skillcapital concentrating on Business Services. Prior to this, Annika spent 4 years in the Munich office of Egon Zehnder focusing on international TMT projects. In the earlier years of her career, Annika led the Human Resources function at a German start-up which provided online job portals. Annika completed her INSEAD MBA in 2017 and is a native German speaker.
