Zach is a senior associate in our Client Services team; he joined Executive Nexus in September 2024.

Previously, Zach was an Engagement Manager at Heidrick & Struggles, where he spent three years in the Industrial Practice in London. He served clients in the Energy and Natural Resources sector, focusing on C-suite and board mandates for both private and publicly listed companies. Before that, he was an Associate at a boutique search firm specializing in senior leadership appointments for higher education and research institutions.

Zach holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychological and Behavioural Sciences from the University of Cambridge.
