Tom joined us from Microsoft, where he was a senior member of their in-house executive search team focused on GM and VP roles in EMEA and corporate positions. He previously spent 14 years with Egon Zehnder in London, North America, India and Switzerland delivering Board, CEO and C-suite search projects. He worked across all industry sectors, beginning in B2B Services and Industrial and most recently focused on B2B2C and Consumer focused roles. In between, he established Egon Zehnder’s first global offshore delivery team based in Gurgaon, India. Earlier in his career he spent 5 years with a London-based boutique outplacement consultancy, leading the Research team who worked with Director level individuals to activate career transition strategies.
Tom holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Science from the University of Swansea.
