Matt is a lead data analyst in our Product and Data team; he joined Executive Nexus in July 2024.

Matt joined the Product and Data team from Coulter Partners, an executive search firm, where he spent over six years building out their internal database and leading their Data Analysis function. He developed proprietary methods to automate and enhance the initial search process, through recommendation algorithms and cluster analysis. He also has experience in data visualisation, using both purpose-built BI tools and custom visualisations in JavaScript.

Matt holds a BSc in Geography from University College London (UCL).
