Shivani is a client lead in our Client Services team; she joined Executive Nexus in January 2024.

Before joining Executive Nexus, Shivani led research for the Global Consumer Goods practice at Spencer Stuart in London, focused on CEOs and senior executives in commercial roles. She worked across public, private and PE-backed businesses. She also helped build the Consumer Tech practice for Spencer Stuart in India. Prior to joining Spencer Stuart, Shivani worked for a boutique recruitment firm focused on financial services.

Shivani holds a double Master’s degree in International Business (Aston University) and Human Resources Management (CIPD).
