Will is a senior associate within our Client Services team; he joined Executive Nexus in January 2026.

Before joining Executive Nexus, he spent five years at Third Bridge as a manager within the Private Equity team, where he sourced senior advisors for mid and large-cap private equity clients. He worked primarily on origination, due diligence, and long-term advisory projects. In addition, he played a key role in proactively suggesting deal opportunities, whilst also building long term relationships with key stakeholders at private equity firms.

Will holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Liverpool.
