Rebecca is an executive assistant to Jamie Oppenheimer and Matt Steeds; she joined Executive Nexus in June 2024.

Prior to joining Executive Nexus, Rebecca spent five years at Odgers Berndtson in the Healthcare practice, responsible for coordinating multiple c-suite and non-executive search assignments. Rebecca has also supported the Chief Executive of a mental health housing charity in previous years and has ten years of experience in admin and support related roles.

Rebecca holds a BSc in Psychology from Nottingham Trent University.
