Octavia is a senior associate in our Client Services team; she joined Executive Nexus in July 2025.

Before joining Executive Nexus, Octavia was an Associate in the Board Practice Group at Egon Zehnder in London, advising clients across sectors on board mandates for public, private and PE-backed companies, government institutions, sports bodies and non-profit organisations, in the UK and internationally.

Octavia holds a Bachelor’s degree in History with Spanish from the University of Exeter.
