Laura is a senior associate in our Client Services team; she joined Executive Nexus in January 2025.

Previously, Laura was an Associate at One Search, where she delivered on executive search mandates across North America and Europe, focusing on C-suite and senior management roles within the portfolios of Energy Transition and Infrastructure funds. Before that, Laura was an Associate at AlphaSights in New York and London, where she specialized in connecting private equity investors with senior executives for consulting, board placements, and longer-term engagements across the investment lifecycle.

Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Affairs from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
