Bess joined Executive Nexus in 2025, where she works in a central role, focusing on origination and client development across sectors.

Previously, she spent four years at Orbit Partners, leading the Services and Industrials team, where she focused on sourcing senior advisors and deal opportunities for private equity clients, before overseeing execution, client coverage, and team management across Europe. She began her career at an expert network, working with private equity clients.

Bess holds a BA in History, Politics and Economics from University College London.
