Annika heads the Product and Data teams; she joined Executive Nexus in 2021.

She brings a wealth of experience from her seven years in executive search across diverse sectors. Prior to joining Executive Nexus in 2021, Annika spent three years at Skillcapital in London, where she concentrated on Business Services within the private equity space. Before that, she honed her expertise in international TMT projects during her four years at Egon Zehnder’s Munich office. Early in her career, Annika led the Human Resources function at a German start-up, which provided online job portals.
In autumn 2023, Annika transitioned to her current role, where she focuses on data strategy and the development of internal and external applications. Her extensive experience working closely with clients has equipped her with unique insights that now drive innovative product solutions.

Annika holds an MBA from INSEAD (2017) and is a native German speaker.
