Priscila is a senior associate in our Client Services team; she joined Executive Nexus in September 2026.

Before joining Executive Nexus, Priscila was a Talent Associate within the Portfolio Performance Group at PAI Partners in Paris. As part of the firm’s Talent team, she supported deal teams and portfolio companies on value creation initiatives across the investment lifecycle, with a particular focus on executive search and pre-deal advisory engagements.

Prior to PAI Partners, Priscila spent nearly four years at Heidrick & Struggles in Mexico City, working on executive search mandates across the industrial sector, supporting clients throughout Mexico and the Americas.

Priscila holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.
