Thomas is a senior associate in our Client Services team; he joined Executive Nexus in March 2026.

Prior to joining the firm, Thomas was a Manager at AlphaSights, where he managed more than 30 mid-market private equity funds, with a particular focus on the technology sector. In this role, he connected investors with senior executives for consulting engagements, board appointments and longer-term advisory relationships, supporting clients across origination, commercial due diligence and portfolio value-creation initiatives. He also played an active role in identifying potential deal opportunities and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders at private equity firms.

Thomas began his career at GlobalData, where he worked with C-level executives across the technology sector, advising them on the use of the firm’s technology intelligence platform to support strategic decision-making.

Thomas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Business and Management from Liverpool John Moores University.
