Sonia is a senior associate in our Client Services team; she joined Executive Nexus in January 2025.

Previously, Sonia spent almost 4 years at The Barton Partnership focused on executive search mandates across Strategy, Transformation and M&A for Private Equity and Financial Services clients. Sonia was the Financial Services permanent search leader in London and Europe.

Sonia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from Queen Mary University of London.
