Tanja is a member of the Operations team; she joined Executive Nexus in 2021.

Before joining Executive Nexus, she spent two years as an executive assistant and office manager at an investment company focused on the food retail property market. Prior to that, Tanja spent six years at Spencer Stuart, initially supporting a partner in the Technology sector as an executive assistant, and later assisting a consultant within the Leadership and Advisory Services division. Earlier in her career, Tanja worked at Skillcapital, assisting the TMT team in London, before relocating to Munich to support the Managing Director.

Tanja holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from the Industrie und Handelskammer Mittelfranken and is a native German speaker.
